PLAINFIELD, NJ — In addition to currently offering its lunch and dinner menu via takeout, curbside pick-up, and delivery, Plainfield's Jessica's Café & Pizzeria is also collecting donations to provide meals for overworked nurses, doctors and other healthcare workers at two area hospitals during the coronavirus crisis.

Owner and Chef Ermelin Saqe wrote on the restaurant's Facebook page, “We had an amazing outpouring of contributions to our trays going to local healthcare facilities yesterday. I have been in touch with Overlook and Morristown Hospitals and will continue to update our website when trays go out.”

The campaign started on Thursday, March 26, and has so far raised $1,520.  For more information on how you can help, visit jessicascafewoodfiredpizza.com/donation.  You can donate via PayPal HERE.
