PLAINFIELD, NJ — An application has been submitted, according to the Alcoholic Beverage Control board, to transfer a Plenary Retail Distribution License for the premises at 1111 South Avenue in Plainfield. The action would transfer it from Prindu Enterprises, Inc.

According to the State of New Jersey's Alcoholic Beverage Control Handbook, only one Plenary Retail Distribution License may be issued for each 7,500 of population in a municipality. However, these licenses in excess of this number at the time the limitation came into effect are grandfathered.

NOTICE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL TAKE NOTICE that application has been made to the City of Plainfield to transfer to Jai Krish 1 Inc. for premises located at 1111 South Avenue, Plainfield, NJ, the plenary retail distribution license number 2012-44-011-006, heretofore issued to Prindu Enterprises Inc., for premises located at 1111 South Avenue, Plainfield, NJ.

The persons who will hold an interest in this license are: Jagrutiben Patel 28 State St., 1st FL Bloomfield, NJ 07003 Pres., Sec. and 60% Shareholder of Jai Krish 1 Inc. Chiragkumar Patel 4 Hibiscus Way Nashua, NH 03062 Vice-Pres., Sec. and 40% Shareholder of Jai Krish 1 Inc.
