Plainfield: a Look at Coronavirus Cases through Mid-April

PLAINFIELD, NJ — Coronavirus cases in Plainfield are up 616 percent in April as of Friday, and three more residents have succumbed to COVID-19, according to the administration.

The 773 positive cases have ranged from 24-days-old to ninety-six-years-old.  The three deaths reported by the administration on Friday include a 43-year-old African American male, an 89-year-old African American female, and a 61-year-old female whose race has not yet been identified. The total number of Plainfield deaths now stands at 20.
