SPARTA, NJ – A Plainfield resident was arrested after being stopped for having unclear license plates.  On February 1 around 1 p.m. Sparta Cpl. Marc Rubino stopped David Ajquejay-Pinzon, 26 driving a black Honda SUV, police report.

Ajquejay-Pinzon could not give his credentials.  A check on his name showed that his license was suspended and he had outstanding warrants; one in Long Branch and two in South Plainfield, police say.

Ajquejay-Pinzon was charged with driving while suspended, unlicensed driver, unclear plate and failure to produce documents.
