PLAINFIELD, NJ — A person was pinned under a vehicle near the school on the 300 block of Emerson Avenue in Plainfield Wednesday, according to a Breaking News Network alert. The victim was pinned after the vehicle fell off a jack, and removed with CPR in progress, according to BNN.

An officer on the scene said the man was taken to Robert Wood Johnson in New Brunswick, and his condition is unknown at this time.

On Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at approximately 7:02 pm, Plainfield Police Patrol units responded to the 300 block of Emerson Avenue on a report of an individual pinned under a vehicle.

Plainfield Fire Department and Rescue Squad were also notified and responded. The victim, a 64-year-old male was transported to a local hospital with life threatening injuries.
