South Plainfield – North Plainfield Thanksgiving Day Tradition Comes to an End

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - After this season, the annual Thanksgiving Day football game between South Plainfield and North Plainfield will be no more.

Due to the NJSIAA’s playoff schedule changes, a new “Bowl Game” was added to act as a group semifinal between two sectional title winners. Those games are slated to be played either Nov. 23 and 24 or Nov. 30 and Dec. 1.
