Newark Police: Rahway Resident Arrested for Possession of Two Loaded Guns

NEWARK, NJ – A Rahway woman was arrested for possession of two loaded handguns on Tuesday night.

Dayana Valderrama, 21, was arrested and charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a weapon after police found a loaded 9MM handgun and a .40 caliber handgun in the car she was driving on Franklin Avenue.

Rape Crisis Advocates Needed

The Union County Rape Crisis Center (RCC) needs volunteer advocates to assist victims of sexual violence.
