Rahway's Polynice Finishes 7th at Meet of Champions in 400-Meter Race; Indians 4x400 Relay Places Fourth

TOMS RIVER, NJ - Rahway junior Marvin Polynice ran 50.64 in the 400 meters, good for seventh place at the NJSIAA Winter Indoor Track Meet of Champions held Sunday in the Bennett Center.

Polynice also helped Rahway place fourth at the Meet of Champions in the 4x400 relay with teammates Raul TorresAndrew Wright and Jerrish Halsey clocking 3:26.37.

Also competing at the Meet of Champions for Rahway were Ola Akande, who placed 18th in the 200 meters in 23.60.

At the girls Meet of Champions held Saturday in the Bennett Center, Rahway's Stacey Saint-Paul finished 12th in the shot put with a throw of 37 feet, 4.75 inches and Alexis Peterson was 15th in the 200 in 26.45.
