Retired Union County Sheriff's K9 Fredy Passes Away

UNION COUNTY, NJ – K9 Fredy, a veteran retired canine dog with the Union County Sheriff’s Office, passed away recently, according to a social media post from Union County Sheriff Joseph Cryan.

“Our office shares this loss with Fredy’s longtime partner, Sgt. John Gillespie,” said Sheriff Cryan.  “Our thoughts and prayers are with Sgt. Gillespie and his family on the loss of Fredy.”
