Students Perform an 'Autopsy'

On the morning of Monday, October 27th, 6th-grade students

from Franklin Elementary School in Rahway, NJ performed an “autopsy” on the protagonist,

Kathryn Gordy, from their most recent novel, Down A Dark Hall, by Lois Duncan. The project

required students to work together to find textual evidence to support a complete character
