Libraries Rock! Summer Reading Kick-Off Dance Party

Put on your dancing shoes and join us at the Clark Public Library for the kick-off of our annual Summer Reading Program!  The Dance Party will run from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with SuperSounds DJs playing your favorite songs. Kids can register for the summer reading challenge, get their face painted or even get a temporary tattoo and make a craft. 

There will be raffles for prizes throughout the event!  The reading challenge offers small prizes based on how much participants read, as well as raffle tickets for bigger prizes.  Come to the library to check out our display case filled with the various prizes readers can enter to win. 

Fun events are planned all summer long for all ages including The Science of Sound, Fossil Dig with Pearl Observatory, Yoga Storytime, Martial Arts Performance Demonstration, Bubble Show with Currier's Magical Mania, Touch the Music, Music with JP Arthur, Karaoke, art programs, family movies on Fridays and more! 

Pick up a calendar at the event!  Reader can even earn  an extra raffle ticket just for coming to some of the events!  Here's to a summer of fun times and fun books!

Rutgers Hikes Tuition, Student Fees for 2018-2019 Academic Year

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Rutgers University Board of Governors today approved a 2.3 percent hike in tuition and fees, as well as increases for dorm rooms and meals, for the 2018-2019 academic year.
