Volunteers Come Together to Clean Up Rahway River Park

RAHWAY, NJ — On Sunday, September 11, 40 AmeriCorps volunteers participated in a litter cleanup of Rahway River Park. Volunteers collected 22 bags of garbage from the park while working in damp, rainy conditions. The AmeriCorps program took place in partnership with the Union County Clean Communities Program.

Rahway Farmers Market Continues Every Thursday Through November

RAHWAY, NJ — The special selections for September are apples and peppers at the Rahway Farmers Market, open every Thursday, noon to 7 p.m.

RAHWAY, NJ — There will be a scrap metal drop-off in Rahway, from 9 a.m. to noon, on Saturday, August 20.
