RANDOLPH, NJ — High school students in Morris County and Northern New Jersey have an opportunity to enrich their education with college-level courses through the County College of Morris (CCM) Challenger Program. Students and parents can find out about all the program has to offer during an information session on Thursday, April 17, from 7-8 p.m. in the Student Community Center, Davidson Room A, on CCM’s Randolph campus located at 214 Center Grove Road.
More than 300 students participate in the Challenger Program each year. Along with giving high school students a chance to expand their education, the program also allows students to experience the college environment and strengthen their candidacy when they apply to colleges and universities. The courses may also fulfill some high school graduation requirements and may apply toward college degrees.
Program information can also be found on the college website at http://www.ccm.edu/admissions/apply/challenger.
The page contains links to enrollment procedures and a registration form. Individuals attending the information session are asked to park in lots 6 and 7. Those with questions can contact Kenneth Albiston, LCSW, at 973-328-5102.
