July 1, Noah W. Guida, 19, Lk. Hiawatha was arrested for Drug Offenses and Driving While Intoxicated.   Guida was processed and issued several summonses prior to being released.

July 2, Officer Manlio Irula responded to the LA Fitness for a reported stolen cell phone.  The victim stated someone had removed the phone from her locker.

July 2, Anthony J. Sarmiento, 19, Dover was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Parsippany Municipal Court.  Sarmiento was processed and released.

July 3, Jonathan J. Esquivel, 18, Dover was a passenger in a motor vehicle and was found to be under the influence of CDS, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.  Esquivel was processed and released.

July 3, Kevin C. Deegan, 39, Morris Plains was arrested for a warrant issued by the Parsippany Twp Municipal Court.  Deegan was processed and released.

July 3, Officer Manlio Irula took a report of Fraud.  The victim stated he noticed a large withdrawal on his online checking account.

July 4, Vanessa Monclova, 22, Mine Hill was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Paterson City Municipal Court.  Monclova was processed and released.

July 4, Alvin J. Davis, 60, Paterson, was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Totowa Boro Municipal Court.  Davis was processed and released.

July 6, Marilyn Long, 59, Randolph was arrested following a fraud investigation.  Long was processed and released.

July 8, Michael J. Rubinstein, 44, Randolph was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Parsippany Municipal Court.    Rubinstein was processed and released.

July 13, Officer Jeremiah Crowley took a report of credit card fraud.  The victim stated someone had fraudulently opened several credit card accounts in his name.

July 17, Officers Nick Francica and Jason DelTurco responded to a business on Rt 10 for a report of theft.   The owner stated someone had stolen a trailer from the rear lot.  The Morris County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to process the scene.

July 18, Leonardo J. Mena-Alcantara, 22, Paterson was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Fairfield Twp Municipal Court.  The defendant was processed and released.

July 20, David P. Aguanno, 37, Long Valley was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Keyport Boro Municipal Court.  Aguanno was processed and released.

July 20, Michael R. Hutchinson, 31, Mine Hill was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and subsequently arrested for outstanding warrants out of the Irvington City Court.  Hutchinson was processed and released.

July 20, Shaun R. O’Donnell, 24, Roxbury was stopped for a motor vehicle violation and subsequently arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Rockaway Twp Municipal Court.  O’Donnell was processed and released.

July 21, Krystyn N. Romualdo, 33, Lafayette was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.  Romualdo was processed and issued two motor vehicle summonses prior to being released.

July 27, Emanuel Garcia, 31, Mine Hill was arrested for stealing jewelry from a residence in Randolph.  Garcia was processed and incarcerated in the Morris County Correctional Facility.

July 29, Officer Christopher Carbonaro responded to a car dealership on RT for a reported stolen truck.  The owner of the truck stated the vehicle was in for service and stolen out of the parking lot.

July 30, Martha C. Eshavarria-Restre, 32, Elizabeth was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Rahway Municipal Court.   The defendant was processed and released.

Police took several reports of fraudulent credit card use and identity theft.
