BLOOMFIELD, NJ- Michael Galipo netted two goals and Rodrigo Avila added one, as the two spotted the 10th seeded Randolph boys soccer team a 3-0 halftime lead over 7th seeded Bloomfield in the first round game of the NJSIAA playoffs.

Bloomfield mounted a furious second half rally, grabbing two goals of their own to make the game intense down the stretch.  The Rams held on for a 3-2 victory to advance to the second round.

Avila added an assist, while Mateo Panizza and Walter Zuniga tallied assists as well to contribute to the win.  Evan Miele made 4 saves in net.

Randolph now faces #2 seed Union City.
