RANDOLPH, NJ- On September 12, 2017, patrols were dispatched to the Randolph High School for a report of a disorderly male, refusing to leave.  As officers were responding, the male left and walked to the police station, which is across the street from the high school.

Investigation revealed that the male, Sanjay Chaudhari from Randolph, had come to the school unannounced, requesting to speak to the principal.  When Mr. Chaudhari was advised that the principal was not available, and that he could make an appointment, Mr. Chaudhari became disorderly and was escorted out of the building by school staff.  Once outside, Mr. Chaudhari then began to yell and curse at school employees and security staff. Mr. Chaudhari also pulled down his pants to expose his buttocks, while still yelling.  Mr. Chaudhari then walked to the police station where he spoke with patrols.

Mr. Chaudhari was ultimately served with a summons for disorderly conduct and lewdness.

Randolph High School went into an organized "intruder" lockdown during the incident which was reported to have gone smoothly, and everyone remained safe.
