Nov 8: Manuel E. Minchalacriollo, 22, Dover was arrested following a motor vehicle stop for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The defendant was processed and released.
Nov 9: Markessian P. Willis, 23, Newark was arrested for illegal possession of prescription drugs after a being stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Willis was processed and issued two motor vehicle summons prior to being released.
Nov 17: Officer Sean Verbist responded to a business on Route 10 for a report of illegal dumping. Several bags of household trash were located on the property.
Nov 19: Officer Michael Puskas responded to a construction site on Rt 10. The owner was operating heavy equipment on the weekend which is a violation of the local noise ordinance.
Nov 19: Officer Michael Puskas responded to the LA Fitness for a report of disorderly customer that refused to leave.
Nov 23: Police responded to the Woroco Gas Station for a reported burglary. Someone had broken into the convenience store and stole several items. The Morris County Sheriff’s Office C.I.S and K-9 Unit responded to process the scene.
Nov 28: Melvin J. Atkins, 36, Newark was arrested for an outstanding warrant issued by the Morris Plains Municipal Court. Atkins was processed and issued a motor vehicle summons prior to being released.
Nov 30: Officer James Pritchard Jr. responded to the parking lot at Boulder Ridge for a report of damaged tires to a vehicle. The victim stated someone had punctured two tires on his vehicle.
Police took several reports this month of identity theft. All the victims stated someone had made fraudulent charges on their credit cards.
