RANDOLPH, NJ- The Randolph area Chamber of Commerce held their quarterly "Randolph Business After Hours" event on the evening of Friday, September 5.
The chamber holds regular monthly luncheons for members and guests, who consist of small local business owners and leaders in Randolph. Typically during the regular monthly lunch meeting a speaker delivers a brief educational presentation on a topic that is relevant to small local business, and/or relevant to the Randolph community.
Once every quarter, the chamber hosts a more casual networking social meeting on a Friday evening. This most recent meeting was held at the Golfers Grill on Sussex Turnpike in Randolph. Attendees engaged in casual conversation and took in the beautiful weather on the outside deck, while snacking on beverages and hors d'oeuvres complements of the evenings two sponsors. Milton Hunter of Schwartz Hunter provided wine and drinks, and Matt Tal, owner of Mount Freedom Golf provided the food.
Mayor Jim Loveys and some town council members were also in attendance. Mayor Loveys thanked chamber President Lou Nisivoccia for the invitation, and thanked those present for being part of the Randolph business community and contributing to the town. He reminded everyone that small business is integral to a community like Randolph, and offered his support and assistance if any were needed.
The Chambers next monthly luncheon will be held on Thursday, September 18 at LaStrada restaurant on Route 10 East. The speaker will be James Jones from the Morris County economic development Corporation. All Randolph small business members are invited to attend.
