RANDOLPH, NJ-  The Randolph Rams girls soccer team has kicked the door of the 2014 season wide open and charged through it.  Led by junior goalie Rachel Fennel, the girls have yet to allow a goal as they start the year off with a record of 3-0.

The early run has moved the girls into a top 20 ranking in NJ, earning them the #14 spot in the state.  

In the opener on Friday September 5th, they opened on the road at Newton, where goals by Gilliam McConnell and Ashley Chipoletti gave them a 2-0 victory.  Maria Fairfield added and assist, and Fennell recorded her first shutout wiith 5 saves.

Chipoletti recorded her second goal of the season in a 2-0 win over Morris Knolls to help Randolph earn its second victory of the season.  The Lady Rams moved their record to 3-0 with a 1-0 win over Parsippany Hills with a strong performance outshooting Hills 18-4.  Kaitlin Robinson assisted on Hannah Stepan's goal in the second half.  

The Lady Rams play next at Morristown on Tuesday Sept. 16 at 4 PM
