Randolph Market Update and Monthly SOLD Listings

As a new year begins, all signs are pointing to a positive year in real estate. With mortgage rates still at an all time low and Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac offering incentives for first time homebuyers, it has never been a better time to buy a home.

There are currently 96 active homes on the market in Randolph, up about  a little over 10% from last year at this time. It is a great time while the inventory is at it's lowest to sell your home, if you are thinking about doing so in the next few months.
