RANDOLPH,NJ- Elizabeth Corrigan, Randolph resident and founder of The Complete Package headquartered in Randolph,  has been named one of the Top 25 New Jersey Leading Women Entrepreneurs and Business Owners for 2013. This title was sponsored by Leading Women Entrepreneurs LLC in partnership with New Jersey Monthly magazine.

The 25 finalists were selected after extensive judging by independent industry experts. Corrigan was honored on Dec. 5 at the annual "Unleashing Your Power" Top 25 event at Fiddlers Elbow Country Club in Bedminster, NJ.

Irene Potter, Client Services Manager, who has worked with Corrigan for two years discussed Corrigan’s career rise while raising twin girls.  Potter explained, “In an industry dominated by men, Corrigan has emerged as a real mentor for women.”

In 2005 Corrigan decided to branch out on her own after a moment of empowerment, a result of missing time with her then four year old twins. She felt fortunate to be able to retain her business relationships, and bring them into her new venture.

Corrigan recognizes that reentry into the workforce for a woman is difficult. Corrigan has served as a mentor for the women she has brought into her company. Potter described their work environment as innovative. Some of the women who came to work for her over the past few years were given that extra push and motivation to leave “stay at home mom” status, and became successful business women in their own right.

Flexibility is a priority for Corrigan, and one of the main reasons why she branched out on her own. Her office is set up and decorated for comfort. The Complete Package is strategically located on the same road as the Randolph Middle School and High School. Randolph mothers who work at The Complete Package appreciate their convenient location and availability to their children.

Corrigan stated “My number one overarching goal is being able to create an environment where women are successful in finding their own life and work balance.”

The Complete Package takes product ideas to market.  Although their specialty is beauty products, they have the industry knowledge and connections to take any brand concept and turn it into a tangible product that can be purchased by a consumer.  They believe they have a proven process, and they have a long history of client satisfaction. “We are in a fast paced competitive market and Elizabeth’s leadership fits this fast pace,” Potter said.

The day after the top 25 event, Corrigan said she was overwhelmed and honored to be presented the award.

“It was rewarding to have my daughters by my side.  I strive to live by example for them where women have the ability to pave their own path to success, under their own terms both professionally and personally.  There isn't one right answer for all women and it takes time, passion and hard work to figure it out.”

A few lessons Corrigan stated she has learned through the years were: “To fail often and fail big, be fearless, be passionate, and be true to who you are.”
