RANDOLPH, NJ- A winter weather advisory remains in effect until noon Wednesday according the the National Weather service. Snow is expected. Plan on slippery road conditions, including during the morning commute on Wednesday. Snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches are expected with locally higher amounts to 6 inches possible at higher elevations near route 80.

The Snow moves in near midnight and may fall moderate to heavy at times overnight. Snowfall rates up to 1 inch per hour are possible during peak intensity. The snow will taper off from west to east during the late morning.

Randolph Township Schools have closed on Wednesday, Jan. 17 due to the predicted snow.
