RANDOLPH, NJ- On July 9, the Randolph Rotary Club helped the Randolph Community Center Food Pantry relocate canned goods and other supplies from their upstairs storage bins to their distribution center in the basement.
Volunteers included Rotary President Lee Schaffer, Dave Nicholais, Greg Mohr, Roy Claps, Bob & Todd Roast and Mike LoRicco
The Rotary Club has offered assistance to the Pantry in the past, as Schaffer explained, “We have donated food storage containers, shelving for food storage, warming trays, refrigerators and metal food preparation counters.”
Rotary Clubs often provide great value and to the communities in which they operate. The Randolph Rotary Club provides service to others, promotes integrity, and advances world understanding. Rotary also promotes goodwill and peace through its fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders.
The Food Pantry, which assists local area residents in need, reached out to the Rotary about the project, and the club gladly offered their assistance.
