Lisa Tanis from Eleventh Hour and the manager Rosie of the Rockaway store location accepted the donations. Podesta’s dog Bandit is a Eleventh Hour Rescue dog and Tamis coordinated the adoption last year.

Podesta expessed, “After seeing the network of mostly volunteers dedicate their time to taking care of dogs and cats brought to Randolph from shelters in the southern part of the U.S. - it's the most amazing experience.”
