SUCCASUNNA, NJ- The Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey is pleased to announce the addition of orthopedic urgent care services beginning May 1, 2015 at its Roxbury location at 66 Sunset Strip, Suite 400 in Succasunna. The Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey is the first orthopedic practice in northwest New Jersey to offer urgent care designed exclusively for orthopedic emergencies, with walk-in hours and no appointment required.
"The Orthopedic Institute of New Jersey is very excited to announce the opening of our orthopedic urgent care service,” stated Dr. Robert A. DeFalco. “We have made it easy for our patients to receive state-of-the-art orthopedic care without experiencing the high cost and long wait times associated with hospital emergency departments."
The new urgent care center has a dedicated team of experienced orthopedic specialists on-hand to provide comprehensive care for any musculoskeletal condition or concussion assessment. When an injury from a sport or an accident occurs, the practice’s board certified orthopedic specialists provide treatment for minor to serious orthopedic injuries in adults and children.
Diagnosis and treatment are provided for conditions such as sprains, strains or dislocations. Cast or wound dressing problems may also be addressed, as well as any sports or overuse injury.
Urgent care walk-in hours will be Monday through Friday, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
