Qi Gong for Health Wellness & Vitality

In this class Steve will lead a class teaching Qi Gong, one of the four original forms of Chines medicine along with Acupuncture, Tiuna(the original form of massage and Herbology. The many Qi Gong movements that will be taught or very gentle and yet very powerful, great for overall health and wellness in many ways. Both Tia Chi and Kung Foo originate for Qi Gong. 

Qi Gong tents to have a focus on either a medicinal, meditative or martial arts approach which all overlap.

Qi Gong helps build mobility ,flexibility, breathe awareness  as well as stress management on one level and yet on a more profound cellular level helps improve all the organs and systems of the body through gentle repetitive movements.

. Steve Guttman , owner of Mind Body Dynamics is a Mind Body Health Wellness Life Coach, Integrative Personal Trainer , Massage Energy Therapist with more than more than 35 years’ experience working in the health, wellness ,Fitness industry.
