RANDOLPH, NJ- New this year to Randolph’s Freedom Festival was the Twilight
Freedom 5K Race and 1 Mile Fun Walk, which were held on
Friday, July 5 at the County College of Morris (“CCM”).

The event was a fundraiser for the Hands to Heroes Foundation which helps veterans and their families.

Every race has its twists, and Randolph’s first Twilight Freedom 5K Race was all about rigor. The course was challenging, covering a large part of the roads on CCM’s campus with about half of the course uphill and about the second half of the course downhill.
