RANDOLPH, NJ-  At Center Grove Principal school  the spelling bee winner Keith Nguyen, a fifth grader, and runner up Rhea Menon, a fourth grader.

"I feel very proud," Keith said. "I studied lots of spelling words."

Finalists from each fourth and fifth grade class competed in the event. The bee lasted for 22 rounds before Keith was declared the winner.

Randolph Middle School's geography bee winner Bandon Lakind, a seventh grade student.

Ironia's geography bee winner was fifth grader Tyler Davisand and runner up John Beasley, a fourth grader. The 10 fourth and fifth grade finalists answered questions about everything from mountain ranges to bodies of water to state capitols in the school's recent geography bee. The finalists were: Jan Rostek, Ashley Silvestri, Brianna Dalzell, Meggin Winans, Ryan Barnett, Ana Sharkey, Daniel Sharkey and third place finalist Jacob Conti.
