Randolph Residents can visit the Acme on Millbrook and Sussex.

I was on a conference call with JCP&L for over an hour today with President Jim Fakult, VP Mark Jones, and VP John Anderson and all of the Mayors in the affected area.

There were about 5,000 trouble locations with 132,000 customers without service, 130,000 in the north. Crews were dispatched to our area from central NJ.

Randolph had about 8,000 residents without power, this was reduced to 5,290 today with another 1,700 expected to have service back this evening.

Outages could possibly continue for another few days, but crews are working as swiftly as possible.

Priority one is to make conditions safe, then power will be restored.
