MORRISTOWN, NJ- Several community groups which make up the Diversity Coalition of Morris County have partnered together to develop the second Diversity Day to be held on the Morristown Green, July 14, 2019, beginning at 11 am. Diversity Day is a new initiative that celebrates the diverse cultural, religious, and ethnic gifts of your neighbors who live and work in the Morristown community.

There will be an interfaith service of worship to which all are invited at 11:00 am followed by an afternoon of music and entertainment, and a sampling of local and international food prepared jointly by the various organizations which make up our Diversity Day committee. During this time, a variety of performers will be on stage sharing their talents.

The event committee is seeking talents including dancers, musicians, singers, poets, and artists. Those interested are asked to email Cali Woods at , and submit a short, two-minute video of your performance. Please contact Beverly Tignor at or Franz Owens at with any questions.
