The following is a statement from The Chief of Police, Randolph Police Department:

The Randolph Township Police Department places a high emphasis on and continues to promote positive relationships throughout our community on all levels.  We value and appreciate the support of our residents and everyone we come in contact with while performing our important work in the community.

These are without a doubt very difficult and challenging times for everyone on many levels, including the police department.  I want to assure you that the approach of the police department, which you have admired and supported for 38 years, has not changed and the police department is not meddling in politics.  On the contrary, each respective local law enforcement agency across the State has been directed by the State Attorney General and County Prosecutor to investigate, review and enforce Executive Order matters related to COVID-19.
