Sayreville Recreation Conducting Toy Drive

SAYREVILLE, NJ -- Sayreville Recreation has begun collecting donations for its annual holiday season Toy Drive, which will run through Tuesday, Nov. 30.

All donation must be dropped off at the Sayreville Recreation office at Mickey Sedlack Center (167 Main St). Donations can include new toys, gift certificates, or a check made out to the Sayreville Recreation Toy Drive.

SPOTSWOOD, NJ - Operation Cookie Swap has become a passion for longtime borough resident Kim Ollis-Loschiavo. In 2013, Ollis-Loschiavo lost her brother, Army Staff Sgt. Michael H. Ollis. The 24-year-old Staten Island native was killed in the line of duty in Ghazni, Afghanistan. Ollis stepped in to protect a Polish soldier from a suicide bomber during a raid on the base where he was stationed.
