RED BANK, NJ: The Planning Board will meet tonight for a public hearing on a new proposed restaurant located at 3-5 Broad Street.  The site was the former location of Red restaurant.

Doing business as the “Exchange Bar Restaurant,” the application is calling for a restaurant/bar on the first two levels and a roof terrace with glass railings.

From the plans it looks like there will be seven tables on the first floor, seating 28 people and eighteen tables that will seat 72 on the second floor.

The applicant will seek a variance that requires 67 parking spaces and non are proposed.
