RED BANK, NJ: The Red Bank Borough Public Schools dreams big every day and it starts with their highly-rated preschool program.
A two-year preschool program for all three and four-year-old resident children is being offered called “Utilizing the Tools of the Mind Curriculum,” where teachers support every child to Dream Big and to become successful learners while developing cognitive, social, and emotional skills.
The program is organized in a mixed-age model that allows three and four-year-olds to be part of a class of diverse ages while nurturing their social and intellectual growth.
Typically, students remain in the same class for the full two-year program before transitioning to Kindergarten. The primary school community partnerships play a key role for in the school district and partners with three community providers; Acelero Learning Head Start, Monmouth Day Care Center, and the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County.
These partnerships along with those of the United Methodist Church of Red Bank and First Baptist Church of Red Bank, enable the district to provide small preschool site locations that support the needs of our children and families.
“We believe our children should dream big. We will inspire. We will challenge and they will achieve. We are proud to promote and share our “Best in America” program. People say they feel something special when they walk into our schools; they are feeling that BIA attitude.
BIA is our mindset. BIA is our journey. BIA is what our students and community deserve. We are committed to being our best. We are passionate about supporting and challenging our students to be their best. We strive to be the Best in America, so we can rest assured we are Best for Red Bank!” said Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Jared Rumage.
Registration for the 2021-2022 school year is now open.
