RED BANK, NJ: The Red Bank Planning Board of Adjustment will hold an online meeting Monday, April 19, 6:30pm.
The only agenda item is to review the, “Threshold Conformance Analysis Local Redevelopment & Housing Law” report.
The meeting is in response to a letter submitted by Stuart Wiser, Vice President of Planning & Environmental Services of the Hammonton, NJ based ARH Associates.
Last September, ARH Associates submitted to the Red Bank Redevelopment Agency a Memorandum of Findings report assisting the agency in the borough’s revitalization efforts.
Wiser’s letter to the Planning Board said in part, “…we were asked to address why certain properties were included as potential candidates for designation as Areas In Need of Redevelopment. Unfortunately, I did not have that information at hand at that time. As promised, we are submitting this letter as a follow-up to that question.”
