RED BANK, NJThe Element apartments had their ribbon cutting ceremony attended by Red Bank Mayor Pat Menna, state senator Vin Gopal, former senator Joe Kyrillos and Freeholder Gerry Scharfenberger, and a host of other political and business notables.

Mayor Pat Menna said, “This is a phenomenal day and a game changer for Red Bank.  It removed the stigma of moving forward with creative planning and development ideas. (This allowed us) to move forward on a site that had been economically inutile for about twenty years.  We did it and this is the result of it.”

Debra Tantleff, President of Jersey City-based TANTUM Real Estate, is a partner in the development of The Element which offers 35 one-and two-bedroom apartments.  “We are ecstatic to welcome everyone here today and are quite proud and pleased that we have integrated all of the elements that capture the essence of Red Bank.”
