RED BANK, NJ: The Zoning Board held their online meeting on Thursday evening to hear an application filed by Arthur Murphy to expand a detached garagepdf located at 162 Bridge Avenue.

Ed McKenna, attorney for the applicant said they are, “Asking for permission to demolish an existing shed that is attached to a two-car garage and replace it with another bay and make it a 3-car garage.”

Board member Anne Torre asked, “There’s no height variance, so it is conforming?”  “Yes,” responded the applicant Art Murphy.

The board voted unanimously to approve the plan.
