RED BANK, NJ: The Red Bank Zoning Board will hold an online meeting on Wednesday, January 21, 6:30pm.
Only two items are on the agenda with the first being the denial of constructing a new detached garage at 134 Bridge Avenue.
The application was denied because the proposal asked that the garage be 3 feet from the side property where 5 feet is required. A variance is required.
The second application is for a property located at 70 Locust Avenue proposing to subdivide the property into two new lots and build a new single-family home. The existing property has a multi-family home with four units.
The application was denied because the property presently exceeds the permitted density and would require a variance.
