As part of the “Find-it, Fix-it” approach of the Rally for the Navesink, Clean Ocean Action (COA), in partnership with the NJ Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), has been coordinating a citizen science water quality monitoring program since 2017 to identify sources of pathogen pollution in the Navesink River watershed.

Now in year 3 of the program, COA is seeking additional citizen volunteers to participate in weekly water quality sampling.

A training session for interested volunteers will be held:

TONIGHT! Tuesday, February 18, 2020
