RED BANK, NJ – Walker Consultants, a New York based parking design and consulting practice was hired by the borough on June 1st, 2018 to identify current parking issues and future demands.
The consulting group collected data that included an accounting of present land assets and identifying short-term and long-term management and financing strategies and solutions
The total contract amount is $52,350 with the Red Bank RiverCenter contributing $25,000.
Residents and business owners are encouraged to attend the presentation scheduled for tonight, Thursday, January 10th at 7:00pm, at the Red Bank Primary School, 222 River Street.
A kick-off meeting was held on September 24th which primarily focused on input from the audience.

It is expected that Walker will release the results of their parking study findings including: supply and demand, parking issues for everyday activities and special events, improvement of parking operations and maintenance and enforcement and pricing strategies.
