Westfield, NJ, November 12, 2019: The law firm of Lindabury, McCormick, Estabrook & Cooper, P.C., announced that Rachel Nudel has joined the firm as a partner in its Insurance and Litigation practices and will concentrate on the defense of individuals and corporations in general liability matters.

Nudel brings 14 years of litigation experience to Lindabury having defended a variety of individuals and corporations. Most recently, she worked with the national firm of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker. Prior to that, Nudel was with the New York firms of D'Amato & Lynch and Kanterman, O'Leary & Soscia.

Nudel received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2005 and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fordham University where she majored in Political Science & Government and minored in Spanish Language & Literature. While earning her law degree, Nudel completed externships with a New York State Supreme Court Justice and the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. She is fluent in Russian and conversant in Spanish. In addition, she had been selected for inclusion in the prestigious New York Metro Region Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, 2014-2019.
