RED BANK, NJ – Violet Koehler, CPA, CGMA, joins T&M Associates as Chief Financial Officer, working from the company’s headquarters in Middletown, New Jersey.

Koehler will report to President & CEO, Gary Dahms and will be responsible for overall leadership and management of the Finance and Information Technology departments. She will be a strategic business partner to the executive team leading the planning and management of the firm’s financial performance.

Koehler is the first woman to fill this executive role. With 20+ years’ experience in accounting, finance, administration and management in the professional services industry she brings a wealth of knowledge to the established company.

Her experience provides her with the ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through financial management, internal controls, restructuring activities, cost containment and productivity enhancements. Her strong capabilities in leadership, mentoring and driving results have all merited promotions and increased responsibilities throughout her career.

Koehler earned a Bachelor of Science in in Business Administration with a major in Accounting and Finance from Montclair State University. She is a licensed State of New Jersey Certified Public Accountant and certified Charted Global Management Accountant.
