RED BANK, NJ: The Planning Board abruptly cancelled tonights meeting that was to discuss the preliminary and final site plan of the former VNA Building.
The next meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 2nd, 7:00pm, 90 Monmouth Street.
The developer, Saxum Real Estate, has proposed building a new five-story mixed use structure with 210 residential apartments including 9,000 sf of commercial space.

Back in December 2018, the borough council had rejected the Planning Board’s recommendation to allow 80 units, not including the required affordable housing units.
Next to one of the busiest traffic areas with its twisting dual highway, the property is at the foot of the Red Bank - Middletown bridge covering 2.7 acres.
