RED BANK, NJ: The Red Bank council meeting will be held electronically this Wednesday, February 24, 6:30pm.

Highlights of the agenda:

A Resolution to award a 2-year contract with the JFK University Medical Center, Edison, NJ to provide emergency medical ambulance services.  The annual fee is $120,000 and paid in monthly installments of $10,000.

A Resolution to approve the updated By-laws of the Red Bank RiverCenter.  To review the additions and deletions of the by-laws, click HERE.

The leasing of a property for the police to use as a vehicle impound yard.  The one-year lease is for $16,800, paid in monthly installments of $1,400

Council Meeting Public Comment Protocols

The council voted on a resolution in January 2019 a protocol policy with rules that the public and council must follow.  Specific rules include that all questions be directed to the mayor.  Members of the council will not be allowed to engage in dialogue or debate with the speaker.  Questions will be addressed after all public comments are heard, or, at the next scheduled council meeting.  To read the protocol policy, click HERE and scroll down.
