RED BANK, NJ:  The Council will meet tomorrow, Tuesday, November 26th, 6:30pm in council chambers, 6:30pm.

The council will vote on following adoptions:

  • To allow non-U.S. citizens to obtain a business license.  To read the ordinance, click HERE.
  • The amendment related to the placement of wireless telecommunications devices in public rights of way.  To read the ordinance, click HERE.
  • A First Reading for a $180,000 bond ordinance to undertake streetscape, lighting and drainage improvements in the English Plaza and White Street parking lots.  This is a loan to the Red Bank RiverCenter as part of the $1.5m project that the RiverCenter will be responsible for paying back.  To read the ordinance, click HERE
  • A First Reading for a $3,221,000 bond ordinance to undertake streetscape, lighting and drainage improvements in the English Plaza and White Street parking lots.  To read the ordinance, click HERE.
  • A resolution to purchase, for almost $200k, a pre-fab building as part of the East Side Park and Mohawk Pond renovations.   Mohawk Pond is located across from the Count Basie Park and the East Side Park at 272 Mechanic Street.  To read the resolution, click HERE.
