RED BANK, NJ: The Red Bank Zoning Board will hear this Thursday, September 17, 6:30pm, a previously denied application to add a single family home at a property located at 70 Locust Ave.
When an application for a subdivision is submitted it must go in front of the board and typically it is a formality to be denied by the zoning officer because they can’t grant subdivision approval.
The applicants, Steve and Melissa Houck and the owner of the property, Lonnie Gordon are requesting to subdivide a 43 x 100 foot existing lot which has a two-story, 4-family structure to build a single 2 ½ story family home.
The riverfront property is located near the Bellhaven Nature Area.
