RED BANK, NJ – The Red Bank Planning Board is expected to hear from the architect for Saxum Real Estate, the developer of the former Visiting Nurses Association building.
The building is located at the corner of the Red Bank – Middletown bridge.
Saxum has proposed demolishing the building and constructing a new five-story mixed use structure with 210 residential apartments including 9,000 sf of commercial space.
The last meeting turned contentious with two board members dressing down the developer’s lawyers.
