RED BANK, NJ: On Tuesday, February 4th, Kyle L. Hart, age 32 of Aberdeen was arrested by Red Bank Police Special Officer Andrew Todd following a traffic stop.
Officer Todd conducted an on-scene investigation which led Hart to be charged with Possession of CDS cocaine, Possession of CDS heroin, Possession of CDS with Intent to Distribute, Obstructing the Administration of Law and Resisting Arrest.
Hart was transported to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
On Saturday, February 1st, at approximately 11:00pm, Red Bank officers responded to a disturbance in the White Street parking lot.
Monica E. Ford, 24 years old, of Boonton NJ was found to be creating a disturbance and attempting to assault people in the area.
While being placed under arrest for disorderly conduct, she became combative towards the officers, punching one officer in the face and kicking two other officers.
Ford was also charged with damaging a nearby vehicle by kicking it and was ultimately subdued and taken into custody.
She was charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault on a Law Enforcement Officer, Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct.
Chief Darren McConnell said that “The officers received minor injuries during the arrest.”
