RED BANK, NJ: The Red Bank Zoning Board will hold an online meeting Thursday, May 6, 6:30pm.
The Board will review plans for proposed 4-story mixed use building with 32 apartments and 1,300 sf of retail space at 120 Monmouth Street, which is adjacent to Pearl Street.
The developers, Park Valley, LLC of Springfield, NJ, plans include 51 sparking places and a 3,000 sf green roof deck over the parking garage.
