ROSELLE PARK, NJ - Roselle Park Veterans Memorial Library will be offering public speaking classes to residents interested in improving their skills. This will be a four-week program from October 4 through October 25 and classes will be held on Tuesdays from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
